My Story
For several years, I struggled with an unhealthy relationship with alcohol. I lived in denial and convinced myself if I just create the most picture perfect social media content, I could convince myself and the world that I was living my best life. We all know that's unrealistic, but when you are desperate for change and the one thing you should give up is the very thing you believe is holding it all together, you'll convince yourself of about anything.

Now that I have reached 3 1/2 years of sobriety, I'm confident to say alcohol was the primary thing keeping me from living my best life.
This platform of sharing my story, increasing awareness, and enabling support was crafted with YOU in mind. I've never felt more alone in my life than when I suffered with my addiction and then to feel even more alone with my newfound sobriety. If this space can help one person feel less alone and empowered to take back control of their life...it will have all been worth it.

My Mission
My hope and intent with this platform is that you will be comforted, inspired, and ultimately empowered to take back control of your life no matter what struggling with.
The goal is to build community and enable connection. I want you to know that you aren’t alone at any step of your journey.
It’s taken me years to recognize my strength of vulnerability and sensitivity. I want to use these gifts to empower anyone walking through difficult, lonely times.
Over the years, I’ve realized that hearing other’s people’s stories were such a comfort, so I hope that sharing my story can be that for you too.
