I'm a born and bred southerner and I've embraced my gifts of storytelling, sensitivity, and vulnerability to bring you a show filled with support, hope, and inspiration. I broke the cycle of generational addiction after many years of living in denial. My unhealthy relationship with alcohol began to mirror that of family members I swore I would never allow to happen to me. Through the power of self awareness and an unknowing friend on social media, I began my transformation and new journey of sobriety.
